Learning To Read God's Way

For all you homeschoolers, here is an inspiring story for you!  Pastor Sam is a friend of ours.  Last year at church, he shared his amazing story of how God taught him to read when he was an illiterate teenager, and now is in a university graduate level program.  Since reading was a big challenge in our family and a major reason we chose to homeschool, Sam's story peaked our interest.   (Heather was assessed with severe dyslexia (her story here), and JJ was legally blind in his left eye.) 

Last fall, I had asked Sam if he would video tape his story so I could share it on my blog.  I didn't hear back from him and I just figured he had gotten too busy with his school work, so I forgot about it.  However, we were very happy to see it posted recently on Facebook.  Click here to watch it.
