When vetting out any teacher, teaching, process, event, etc., we always would say, “examine the roots and fruits”.  What better way to symbolize this saying than with the tree.  In addition, the tree metaphor is used throughout scripture and has many meaningful applications that exemplify the focus of the G2E4 Culture.

Tree
The overall tree design represents - Jesus/cross, Garden of Eden, Throne Room of Heaven, heritage/family/generations, and homage to Bonnie’s Dad who loved planting trees.

Roots
The six roots on the left signify the six days of the week, and the right root represents the seventh day that God set apart described in Gen 2.  The lines are very clean, straight, and strong representing the perfection of the creation week, the foundation of earth’s history.

Trunk
The trunk represents Jesus on the cross.  Through Him all humanity has life, and life everlasting for those who choose it.  Notice the lines lose their perfection quality. This represents sin entering the world and Jesus needing to sacrifice His life on the “tree” so imperfect humanity could live and celebrate His love.

Branches
Jesus said, “I am the vine, (in this case trunk), you are the branches”.  The five bodies celebrating represent the fivefold gifts outlined in Eph 4:11.  Even though we are imperfect beings, God is willing to flow through us with the power of the Holy Spirit to be blessed and be a blessing.

Leaves
As we allow Holy Spirit to flow through us, celebrating and sharing the truths of God’s Word, the power or wind of the Holy Spirit blows these leaves of truth to others.  As the scripture says, “The leaves of the Tree are for healing the nations.”  Revelation 22:2

Periwinkle Blue
This color is an homage to Bonnie’s mother who loved this color.  Periwinkle blue is a combination of purple and blue, which together mean Heaven’s healing power.  So many believers, which operate in the prophetic and apostolic gifts, have been hurt and rejected by Church Inc., and need the emotional healing of God’s love.  One of the goals of the G2E4 Culture is to facilitate that healing love, which this color beautifully represents.
